Co-Director and Psychologist

Dr. Jessica Schnoll is a registered clinical and school psychologist, who takes a “whole-child” and systems perspective on treating children and adolescents. Using evidence-based approaches, Dr. Jessica Schnoll provides treatment to children and adolescents with a variety of clinical needs including anxiety disorders, OCD, emotion dysregulation, ADHD, and depression. She also offers parent coaching and consultation to help parents support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of their children. Dr. Jessica Schnoll’s approach is client-centred, and focused on building a trusting relationship where meaningful change can occur. Dr. Jessica Schnoll integrates components of various approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). 

Dr. Jessica Schnoll also specializes in conducting comprehensive psychological assessments of children and adolescents to better understand and support their academic, social, emotional, and behavioural functioning at school and at home. She supports families in understanding the findings of their child’s psychological assessment. She helps families understand the strengths and needs of their child and develops strategies to support their child at both school and home. She helps families make educational decisions regarding school and program placement.

Dr. Jessica Schnoll completed her Ph.D. in Clinical-Developmental Psychology at York University. She has worked at the Integra Program of the Child Development Institute, the Toronto and York Region District School Boards, CAMH, Youthdale Treatment Centre and most recently, The Red Oak Centre.
