Learn More About Me
I believe therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship and a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a strengths-based perspective to my work, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and exploring what matters to them.
I am passionate about supporting children and adolescents as they navigate the emotional, social, and developmental challenges of growing up. I take a relational and collaborative approach, recognizing that every client brings their own experiences, strengths, relationships, and circumstances to therapy. I tailor my work to each client's needs and goals, using creativity and conversation to help build self-understanding, confidence, and practical coping skills.
I was drawn to Wonderwise because of its warm, collaborative approach and commitment to thoughtful, individualized care. I am grateful to be part of a team that values strong therapeutic relationships and ongoing clinical learning, and I look forward to continuing to grow as a clinician alongside the Wonderwise team.
My experience includes providing individual and group-based social-emotional support to students from Kindergarten through Grade 8 in a school setting, as well as collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals. I have also facilitated psychoeducational groups for adults and families focused on parenting, grief and bereavement, separation and divorce, and supporting children with disabilities.
