Learn More About Me
The best part of my work is building meaningful connections with children, adolescents, and their families. I value supporting clients as they develop the skills and confidence needed to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Watching that growth unfold over time is deeply rewarding.
I enjoy being part of the Wonderwise Psychology team because of its collaborative and supportive environment. The shared commitment to thoughtful, individualized care strengthens the work we do with families each day.
As a child, I wanted to be a teacher. That early interest in supporting and guiding young people continues to shape my work as a psychologist today.
My clinical approach is child-centred and combines evidence-based strategies with a strengths-based perspective. I aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. Collaboration with families is central to my work, ensuring that each client’s individual needs are supported both in and outside of sessions.
Areas of Focus
I conduct comprehensive assessments and provide child therapy for children and adolescents presenting with a range of clinical needs.
My assessment work includes supporting children and youth with:
Learning disabilities
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

In addition to assessment, I provide evidence-based treatment, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to support mental health concerns such as:
Anxiety
Mood challenges
Emotion dysregulation
Obsessive-compulsive disorder
Social skills and relationship challenges
Attentional and executive functioning challenges
